Responsibilities
• Using electrical engineering knowledge, candidate will develop hardware for downhole tools
• Execute designs and test plans making sure systems meet written standards for excellent performance
• Explore issues in design; suggest and implement solutions
• Work as an important part of a team that includes mechanical engineering, project management, assembly & test software teams
Requirements
• BS in Electrical Engineering; MS is highly preferred
• Must have outstanding written & oral communication skills as well as AT LEAST 0 years of applicable work experience
• Working knowledge of PCB schematic and circuit simulation programs; PCB layout and its effect on circuit performance
• Working knowledge of signal integrity principles and noise reduction techniques; ADCs and conversion protocols; sensor interface circuit designs and power management
• Working knowledge of analysis tools such as MatLab, MathCAD; digital design as well as low noise circuit design; and switching power supply desig
